At Pride Auto Store, we strive to provide the best automotive parts and accessories. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
1. Return Window
You may return eligible items within 7 days of receiving your order. After 7 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it
- Unused or unopened (if it's a consumable product)
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Electrical parts that have been installed or used
- Custom-ordered or specially sourced parts
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "No Returns"
- Consumables like oils, fluids, and filters (once opened)
4. Refund Process
a. Initiate a Return:

b. Ship the Item:
Once your return is approved, ship the item to our store within 3 business days. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
c. Refund Processing:
Once we receive and inspect your item, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
5. Defective or Wrong Items
If you receive a defective item or the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. Please include photos of the defect if applicable.
6. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size, model, or part, please contact us. We'll guide you through the exchange process. Note that shipping costs may apply.
